Location is perfect!!!!

Few things don’t make the place worth the money. I had a friend staying in another hotel in Taormina and she wanted to use the toilette in my room to freshenup but the cleaning lady didn’t let her Breakfast is only sweets thing if you want an omlette you have to pay extra and in cash, but they don’t keep change I jas to pay 8 euro for city tax and omelette so i withdraw money - 50 euro but could not pay cause they want cash but don’t keep change- making things very complicated - had to spend 30 mins around the property buying things or asking for change and making sure i had the right amount I am just a bit disappointend by thr service for that price, but i guess you pay for location- very basic service

In a wonderful location, right in the center, very cozy, beautiful, stylish hotel. The beds are comfortable, everything works perfectly, clean, tidy. The staff is very helpful, pleasant. Good breakfast on the terrace. I liked everything very much. I recommend it.

Excellent location right above the popular Bam Bar. Very comfortable rooms and great facilities. Outstanding service from John, who was very helpful and attentive even before our arrival.

Underwhelming breakfast with a limited selection of items. Lack of instructions regarding refrigerated items (we had to figure out on our own that there was a fridge with kept items). Some breakfast tables sit in direct sunlight later in the morning, making it uncomfortable to sit outside.

The location is good, but only that.

We had a big issue with the bath and the water came out to the whole room. The service said that they repaired it one month ago. We could not believe this after seeing the walls of the room all humid from day 1. The rooms are not in good condition and the price is to high for the quality. It should be downgraded or the price should go down. Not professional hotel standards for the high price. Unfortunately this is Italy, you pay for location and bad quality to be compensated with „good service“.
