The place is in a beautiful location. It is filled with different plants and animals, and is all very green. The food offered is vegetarian, and the staff were few but still very welcoming. We had a German couple (Lorenz and Paula) who offered to show us around the property and were super nice to hang out with, also the Chileans (Jaime and Alvaro) were very helpful and always willing to help. This is a great place to connect with nature.
This place clearly lacks maintenance. It seems like it had plenty of guests before covid and now it is trying to get back on its feet. Also, there were several facilities (e.g. gym, hot tub, bicycles) that were advertised but not available. The pool was packed with insects, which can happen as it is out in the open, but could have been cleaned for guests.
