Pinnacle Resorts 220

Fue nuestra tercer experiencia con Pinnacle resorts, y lo elegimos por sus instalaciones, ubicación y la calidad de su servicio

Pude percibir un ligero descuido en el mantenimiento y limpieza de sus instalaciones, a nuestra llegada al momento de abrir o intentar abrir la puerta de la habitación, se le cayó la tapa al bellhop y él mismo la reparó, uno de los dos elevadores en un determinado momento estuvo fallando al subirnos las puertas se abrían a la mitad y adicional, se paraba en cada piso que recorría, aun cuando se supone que tiene acceso controlado para que solo se mueva en áreas comunes o el piso asignado, el papel higiénico de la habitación, es de pésima calidad que no va acorde al nivel del Resort, esto no impide que regrese, ya que creo que solo son detalles, sin embargo los deben de tomar en cuenta

roof top garden and pool were great. as was our room one f;light below.the coffee shop and vet clinic were so very handy and close as was the walk to the inclinator, downtown restaurants and 2 blocks to the malecon and beach

Our Penthouse was Mountain view and with 3 little tiny bend your head around the corner to the oecan view, negative was the noise from the highway

The Pinnacle Residences was a wonderful place to stay. We had a one bedroom which was very comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar was the pinnacle of our stay. Easy access to the beach and downtown shops and eateries.

It was quite noisy when we were trying to sleep. Although it was a great idea to have folding kitchen windows that opened to a counter bar onto the patio, there was no seal and because the hotel is located mountainside and close to a major road, we heard the car traffic. We were at PV for a 60th bday party and our set of friends stayed at one of the other 2 Pinnacle Condos. We were not able to get a room there and when we went to hang out with them, they wanted us to pay. My husband took a dip in the pool and a barman came up to him and started getting aggessive that we can't be there! After spending hours there drinking (and the drinks are not cheap), he wanted us to pay $40. We had decided to just go to the beach and the creepy barman followed us and kept telling us to pay! Horrible!! Drinks at the rooftop and the other Pinnacle condos were quite expensive.
