Staff/owner very nice and helpful. The place is beautiful: the views, the swimming pool, the wine...
There's nothing we didnt like... but we foolishly didnt rent a car and ended up paying a fortune for taxis. So keep this in mind!

Amazing views & tuscan sunset. Very friendly staff and cute dogs. Spacious apartment with everything we needed.
Furniture was a bit old / outdated (for example a chair in the kitchen had a big hole in it when you sit). There was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom near the double bedroom, for several days, but was eventually fixed by staff.

It was our 4th time here, we just love this place! Beautiful place in the heart of Tuscany. We come back everything holiday.
Thank you Gioconda and Monica for everything ❤️

the pool is nice, the rooms in the structure are clean
the room was 600 m far from the main building so every time you want to go to the pool you need to take the car, with kids it’s a total mess. the hotel does not offer breakfast but there was not even a bottle of water or coffee in the structure, total nonsense considering your are in the middle of nowhere.
