Close to the main square. Very helpful staff. Garden with a swimming pool where you can relax.

A great place close to the city center, as well as cafés and shops!
I have no complaints.

Great location, family room was great for our family of four, as it has two showers and toilets! Nice to have access to a small kitchen as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The unpleasant smell in the courtyard, and there was construction happening next door (December 2025) that started at 7:45 am and lasted much of the day.

pretty, clean and near the centre of town. moved to sister hotel as plumbing not working
stored our luggage while we went to Chichen itza
having to move made us an hour behind schedule. breakfast included but too late to get to Chichen itza for opening time ( the reason we stayed in the town)
