The warm welcome from the host. The comfortable stay and the amazing breakfast!
I did reserve last minute but everything was handled smoothly.
Had a relaxing time while in there and managed to visit some of the places surrounding the property. I recommend.

Rosanna and Isabella were the best hosts ever!! So kind, caring, and inviting. Breakfast and cappuccinos with a view of the valley every morning. We walked all over Orvieto from here. 10/10 would stay again!
