Good location, easy access by car, walkable distance to shop, swimming pool and Danube. If you want longer stroll, you can easily reach the center or you can use bus which is nearby.
Good contact with the owner, we had some issue with the bed, but they managed it.
Kitchen is well equipped, so you have freedom to cook yourself.
It was quite noisy. You can hear people going down the stairs in the morning and starting their cars.
It was not as clean as I would like. Room was OK, but the laudry place was dirty during all our stay.

beds were very comfy. Everything was clean and the rooms were big and well equipped. Location was good too due to being so close to a bus station.
The man room had an intense smell to it. It was clean but couldnt air the smell out even with opening the windows. Maybe it was a specific cleaner i personally dont like tho.
Also, the fridge did not work, however we only noticed as we were leaving.

The location is good and there are a couple of free parking spaces.
The rooms could be cleaner, dust hung from the walls.

Location to public transport was great. In a quiet area.
Facilities are in need of repair, chipped crockery and worn cupboard doors. The bed was not the most comfortable and not a proper king bed but 2 singles pushed together. Cleaning was not great in the shower and no complimentary bathroom toiletries . Very basic amenities, no welcome tea and coffee pack
