Location was great and easy to get to as well.
The place itself was great for a one night stay. It was also helpful to be able to leave my luggage in the luggage room the day I checked in.
Nothing to do with the place itself, it's a roll of the dice who ends up in your room!

It was super clean and enjoyable and the staff were amazing, this one staff member Neve sung sung me the most beautiful song and I cried happy tears, Tom another staff member was also epic and insanely helpful

Female only dorms, nice communal area
The fridges were packed and I wasn't able to use it; had to keep my food in my bag and it really needed to be refridgerated

The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need to cook.
You’re packed in like sardines with a tiny window that barely opens because they attached a cable lock to it. I actually looked it up and everything about this is illegal according to local code. A bad review won’t do anything to stop them, you have to file a complaint with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (Environmental Health / Private Sector Housing) and the London Fire Brigade.
