The breakfasts and dinners were plentiful and delicious!!
The room was not equipped with enough toilet paper and towels. Upon request, the staff quickly supplied these items.

Very Pleasant stay. The staff including Jay and Vidya made the experience very special and went above and beyond in terms of customer service. The food selection was good and the private Ghat was perfect to take in the beautiful Ganges. Very Happy!

I travelled with my parents.. My father requires special care so they have ensured utmost care for him... Specially guard bhaiya is a gem.. Throughout he helped father..
Moreover it has a private ghat so you can have Ganga shaan without being in crowd.
I think female staff members could have been better trained as they are calling themselves heritage hotel and charging a lot with basic facilities..
Food was good but on a costly side.
Despite requesting 2 times nobody called us for Ganga arti that is conducted on their private ghat.. I wanted to avoid the rush for my father..
Parking is also paid parking.. These are the few things I would like to clarify although they are not really negative points..
