Hapi Hotel

The Location of the Hotel is centric and it is easy to find money exchange facilities close to the hotel. We have breakfast included, we couldn't take in the Hotel facilities but Personal prepared to Take it away

The staff were very friendly and kind, especially Asan. The breakfast was delicious and one of the better ones I’ve had in Egypt.

First and foremost, the staff was exceptional. My visit was made easy by their kindness and friendliness. The building is situated in the heart of Aswan and has a view of the Nile River. I loved it; the room is spacious and immaculate. I will definitely stay there again.

The wifi was too slow.

We received a nice breakfast bag”to go,” because we had an early departure. The morning front desk person was very helpful, calling our tour guide when he was 30 minutes late.

We had a tough time, since we had a very early departure (4 am) and we were given a room facing the street with lots of noisy dogs and people and cars. We had some trouble getting to sleep. Also, may I suggest leaving complimentary water in the room instead of sending someone to deliver it…because we were wakened by the knocking on the door some time after we checked in. We also had some difficulty with our reservation, because the hotel requested payment and their system did not work. There was some concern that our reservation would be cancelled without advance payment. BUT, the communication through Booking worked and we were allowed to pay at the hotel.
