Some visitors do not respect the rules that apply in the wellness area

The setting is nothing short of spectacular. Our room had a view of the Matterhorn. There are lovely hikes from the front door.

The toilet paper was rough. Literally my only complaint

The room was big and confortable, it had automation for the curtains and a good and modern bathroom. The bed was big and confortable. Big praise to general staff for being very polite and attentive, especially Florencia from breakfeast and alexander restaurant. The breakfast was amazing, eggs were incredible and many options. The spa is excellent, many types of experiences and saunas available, and pools. Other high points are bowling area, the bar with live music and the two restaurants available.

Staff from reception were not that helpful, did not give any tips on things to do in the area for example, also did not make a reservation on the restaurants for us while saying they did. Finally, the concierge did not give us much attention, and looked at us almost arrogant. The warmed pools could be a bit warmer.
