Tea Cabins Ella is a beautiful hidden gem surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking mountain views. The cabins are beautifully designed, clean, cosy and comfortable, with a lovely swimming pool and a peaceful atmosphere. What makes this place truly special is the amazing staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive, always going the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable and well looked after. The location is perfect for relaxing while still being close to Ella’s main attractions. An ideal getaway for couples and nature lovers. Beautiful accommodation, wonderful staff and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended, and definitely worth visiting again!

Although the weather wasn’t in our favour, the friendly and thoughtful staff made our stay truly memorable with a lovely special dinner arrangement. Their exceptional hospitality more than made up for the weather!

Exceptional stay in Ella at the Tea Cabins. We arrived after taking the train to Ella, and after a 4 hour journey we were picked up from Ella station by the Cabins private TukTuk driver, which we had arranged prior to our arrival and was complimentary as part of our stay. The Tea Cabins are tucked away in the tea hills and really are a rural retreat, we spent 3 days here to relax and immerse ourselves in the natural surroundings, whilst being able to explore Ella. The view from our cabin was breathtaking and the whole experience felt very exclusive, with dinner and breakfast ordered and delivered to our cabin. The cabins have been built and decorated to a very high standard, and were truly unique. The air conditioning was great as were the plug-in mosquito repellants provided. The complimentary TukTuk rides made it so easy for us to go into Ella town centre and visit local attractions like Nine Arches Bridge, Ravanna Pool Club and Little Adams Peak. All we had to do was message the team to arrange the TukTuks for when we wanted to be dropped off and picked up around Ella and this was arranged seamlessly for us. It was amazing to be able to explore the local area knowing we had private transport by the Cabins arranged for us. The Sri Lanka breakfast and chicken Kottu were both incredible!

I loved everything about our stay at the Tea Cabins and couldn't fault it. The staff were so welcoming and made us feel really looked after, so we really couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had an amazing stay here! Amazing location with cabins with a lot of privacy. The atmosphere was very welcoming where the staff even organised a birthday surprise in the room upon arrival. Good calm place and convenient tuktuk service to Ella town which gives the best of both worlds. We would definitely recommend this stay and hope to come back here some day! :)

Absolutely stunning location! The A-frame cabin exceeded our expectations - the bed was super comfy, the linen soft, the shower head was powerful (something we missed at other resorts), the private pool was a luxury and the hammocks a lovely extra touch. We noticed plenty wildlife around, which made it extra special. The staff was very friendly and their service was prompt & superb. We felt at peace and very relaxed, with full privacy. We wished we could’ve stayed another night.
