Location, cleanliness,super towels, large comfortable bed. Constant supply of very good coffee, water and minerals every day.

Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Very clean and free drinks in the mini fridge was a lovely touch. Quite unique set up being a part of another residential building but they made it work well

Great location. Clean. Staff helpful. Free to use umbrellas and mini bar, tea and coffee
Noisy from other residents next to us.Thin walls. No where to sit in room other than bed. Balcony not really usable.
