The resort is beautiful and has many great facilities. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, the beach, and the overall experience. The Guest Relations team was very helpful and attentive, and we truly appreciated how they handled our concerns and moved us to a much better room. The new room was lovely and felt much more like the 5-star experience we expected.
Our initial room was disappointing and did not meet our expectations for a 5-star hotel, especially in terms of the bathroom and overall room condition. However, after we raised our concerns, the hotel responded professionally and moved us to a much better room, which we really appreciated.

regarding foods perfect except need have more variety i have been booked in this resort since 2023 and i recommended for every one bath rooms and rooms need renovation please i love this place my family also

Everything was great. Staff, food, excursions and the price you pay is fair. The diving center in particular is great, the sea excursions are beautiful, a special remark for Bessem one of the tour guides, so kind and helpful. The place is beautiful, it has a 2 km beach with coral reefs. I definitely recommend it

Great overall stay. Special thanks to the housekeeping team and the animation team, they were both truly amazing!
Unfortunately, the receptionist Mena was extremely rude, stubborn, and unprofessional, leaving a terrible final impression.
