Very nice place, the bed was very comfortable, there was a little fridge, a water boiler, instant coffee, everything needed to be comfortable. Very well located, 5 minutes to the Midi/Zuid station and around a 20 minutes walk from the center of the city, plenty of stores around too.
Even if the weather was a bit cold, in the room it was quite hot. The AC didn’t work or was deactivated and if we opened the window/balcony there was so much noise. There were fans in the room, but as someone who can’t sleep well with noise it’s not a great idea either. It’s a detail, everything was great, but just to have it in mind.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, very clean and tidy. Optional breakfast was good. 20 minute walk to centre. Basic but good value. Luggage storage was a bonus too. Near train station
Little bit of TLC needed around the place, vents and air con not working but bug screen on the window was great, as we could open windows.
