The property is perfectly located , the double comfort room is spacious and very comfortable , the beds are very comfortable and everything was exceptional. I stayed twice at this hotel and will definitely stay there again.
There is nothing not to like and if you have any issues just tell someone and they will solve it

I like how simple, straight forward and efficient it is.
I could hear some noise from upstairs but it was okay m.

The staff was lovely, Alessia at the front desk even gave my dad extra of his favorite tea! The bed was very comfortable and the area the hotel is in was very nice and easily connected with transportation.
As the room faced the street, it could be a bit loud. We had to leave the window open because the air was not on yet and it was over 27 degrees in the hotel.

The staff were lovely.
The room was scruffy with make up handprints on the wall.
