Argenta Tower Hotel & Suites

Bedroom is spacious and comfortable. I think it was the greatest asset. Neighbourhood is nice and safe. They keep luggage after check out.

While the room featured a kitchen, it was completely devoid of basic essentials like pans, plates, or cutlery, rendering the kitchen virtually useless. When I called reception to request plates and cutlery, I was told I had to walk down to the hotel breakfast room myself to collect them and carry them up to the 9th floor. Furthermore, there was a major issue with transparency regarding transfers. During booking, it was clearly indicated that transfers were free, but upon arrival, we were told they were not. Whether this miscommunication stems from the booking platform or the hotel itself, it is highly misleading.

Great central location . Lovely safe area amongst all the grand Parisian style buildings . Close to coffee shops ,restaurants and convenience shops . Easy to walk into centro or uber . Excellent breakfast we didn’t eat again until evening . Would have been nice to have more hot options .Rooms comfortable and cleaned daily . Staff all very helpful .

Had to ask a couple of times for more toilet paper 😟 Need to ask for tableware and cutlery in the restaurant -there is a note in room asking you to do this though .

The location was good. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

The photos were not accurate. The property and the facilities are old. They should have a charging station for your phone next to the bed.
