We booked a room for two with a double bed, but there was only one very small, child-sized blanket provided. At first, we asked at the reception desk if we could get at least one normal-sized blanket. We were told it would be taken care of, but 20 minutes later there was still no blanket and no update. I went back to the reception desk to ask about it, and the receptionist simply told me that he hadn’t found one. First of all, if there is a problem and you can’t find what the guest requested, you should inform them instead of leaving them waiting without any explanation. No alternative solution was offered either. Then I asked if we could change rooms. The receptionist said he would check again. About five minutes later, he came back with the same small-sized blanket, handed it to me at the door and immediately walked away. There were no questions about whether it was suitable for us, no apology, and no attempt to resolve the situation properly. It was quite frustrating, especially because we had to wake up early the next morning and ended up not being able to go to sleep at the time we wanted. The whole situation could have been handled much better with better communication and a bit more attention to the guests.

Excellent location for a short walk into the Old Town and to The Svyturys Brewery, which is definitely worth a visit; very good food and beer selection. Easy private parking 10€ a night. Traditional, functional, clean hotel. Excellent value for money. Traditional breakfast buffet.

Hotel jest w centrum miasta, wszędzie blisko na piechotę. Mimo położenia przy ruchliwej ulicy dobrze wyciszony. Śniadania dobre.

Spaliśmy 3 noce. Pokój ani razu nie został posprzątany. Gdybym to wiedziała, wybrałabym inny hotel. W łazience za mało szafek lub wieszaków. Brudne okna.
