Location was great. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The New Britannia Hotel nearby had great food and beers!

The staff were helpful.
The rooftop pool was in need of a full deep clean, and we found this disappointing. The room balcony was disgusting in every way and unusable. All the room was well equipped but tired. We had a return booking and one at the Entrance, which we cancelled because we had no faith in your company. The onsite staff were very helpful all the time.
