The staff were really helpful, they arranged for the kitchen to wash our baby’s bottles on 2 occasions. The breakfast was good and they had a baby chair. Bed was comfy and room was spacious.

The corridors were too hot and the AC was a little hard to control in our room - so temperature was not ideal! The staff don’t give enough detail about where everything is and what you can use in the hotel so we felt a bit like we couldn’t really make the most of the facilities.

We loved everything. The facility, the staff, the location. It was all amazing. Also family friendly, with pool and kids club.

The location is beautiful and well furnished. The aesthetics of the Chateau is marvellous. As well as the surroundings/forest.

There is not enough staff to assist. Some of the staff looked visibly stressed and agitated in the bar on one evening, which made us and a few other patrons uncomfortable. There is no one to help with the luggage for instance, and the entance doesnt have a ramp. During the breakfast, there is just one lady clearing all the tables. She was very pleasant and smiling however. We visited during peak summer heat-wave and the property did not have aircon. The room lacked a mini-bar and no water fountain to get some cold water. At the bar, a bottle of water costed 8 euros. No room service or a possibility to order any food between 1400h and 1900h. It would be great to provide a vending machine on-site. The water pressure in the shower and in the toilet flush was really low. For a 4-star hotel of this standard, one expects agility and flexibility when it comes to customer service and kitchen service. Especially when there was a storm outside and no customers managed to have dinner in the city and upon requesting for a planchette or a piece of cake even at the bar, the staff replied that the kitchen was closed. An example - a lady asked for some desserts for her 3 children and was refused. The property, while no-doubt is beautiful however it needs some adjustments and more personnels to fit the definition of a 4 star hotel.
