We had a room upgrade which was amazing. The hotel is a bit dated but well decorated and very clean. The location was great, near to the car park and not too far to walk to he restaurants and bars. Montpellier is a beautiful city, very clean.

This is the standard that you expect from Best Western, but without a doubt the rooms in this hotel have character way above the most hotels. The hotel is within a number of period buildings that have been renovated to great affect. The rooms are big, modern, very well kept, but have retained much of the original internal design. Well located not far from everything.

Location. The room was clean and well equipped
The security was poor. We were in the annexe and the street door was constantly left open. We complained but nothing was done
