Hotel Essener Hof BW Signature Collection by Best Western

This is an excellent hotel that I would highly recommend. The location is ideal, right next to the main railway station, making it very convenient for both arrivals and departures as well as exploring the city. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. I particularly appreciated the large TV and the fast, reliable internet connection. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. Overall, a great hotel with excellent facilities, a perfect location, and very professional service. I would gladly stay here again.

Travelling by train, the location for me was very good, since it is close to the railway station, but also to the city center. The breakfast buffet was very rich. The room was quiet facing a courtyard.

What I didn't like was the fact that the double bed was between the door and a wall with a sill against the wall that could be reached only by crawling over the bed.

Everything was fine except the bed.

The mattress was too soft.

Clean and close to everything, cafes, food Markt, train station

Everything was ok
