Hotel Arbatasar

Sehr gepflegt

Gut gelegen

The hotel is very stylish and exceptionally clean! We always stay half board and the food is superb. The staff are very accommodating.

Just some constructive criticism…….They need to implement a better system for the swimming pool / beach towels when guests return at end of day. Considering italy has the best coffee, what is offered at breakfast is like a vending machine. The toaster is also very antiquated, The menu at the swimming pool needs to be expanded …..they offer sandwiches only and no salads , it needs more variety. The air conditioning is very noisy in the room.

Comfortable bed, nice room, pool area, breakfast quality.

Noise and baby crying, some odd smells for outside (like burning or fumes)

The swimming pool with the bar is just exceptional including very kind barmen

The personnel at the reception desk rude and without any help. They refuse to make lunch pack requested at 5pm for the day after, they refuse registration 20 min before official timing, they didn’t bring shampoo after request…
