The welcome on arrival, especially after a long journey, was so warm and welcoming. Chrysa, the receptionist on duty, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She provided us with a map highlighting key places to visit, along with fantastic recommendations for places to explore and eat. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping was fantastic throughout our stay. Every day, the bed was made, fresh towels were provided, and the room was left clean and tidy. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The coffee was great, and breakfast was good, with plenty of choice and good portions. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and felt well looked after from the moment we arrived. The excellent service and friendly staff really made our experience special.

We wish we had longer

We loved our recent stay at this beautiful complex. Our room was pretty and comfortable with comfortable bed. The absolute highlight was the staff—they are so happy to help and truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The standard breakfast buffet was okay and same everyday, but the à la carte extras you can order were delicious. We spent way more time than planned just relaxing by the gorgeous main pool (great sunbeds!) and the breakfast area instead of going to the beach. The small pool and cute sitting area right by our room was another perfect spot to unwind. Getting around is easy: it's a short walk to the beach and a quick bus ride to the city. Just check the early morning schedules if you want to catch the sunrise, as buses run less often then. You can pay on the bus with cash or card. Save your money on arrival—don't pay €45 for a taxi when the airport bus brings you right here for just €6 per person!

The hot water wasn't always consistent, but the staff was wonderful and fixed it immediately when asked. The main pool was very cold but also very serene and pleasant to look at so we stayed there a lot:) The buffet was a bit basic and identical each day. While a buffet is easier to manage, offering an à la carte choice or more daily variety would be amazing, especially since your à la carte extras are delicious

This was a lovely little hotel set out with little apartments within the small complex. We were in the warm hug (room 8), it was very nice, a little compact, but the bed was very comfortable and the bedding was good. The hot tub was good, but definitely not hot. And there was a little upstairs balcony with seating, built in sunbed and a lovely view to the water beyond. The breakfast was nice with a good selection. There was a pool that looked lovely with sunbeds, but we didn't have time to try it out. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel gate, so good public transport is available.

Bathroom was tiny, we were warned of this when we arrived. The toilet is angled so that you have space for your knees when trying to close the door over. There was a leak on the shower hose, and the handyman was very quick to fix this when it was highlighted. Parking is available along the road at the road entrance, but it is very limited.

Staff was top notch. Stefanos was a great manager and helped us in every aspect of the stay. Overall the place is very well positioned and well maintained

If you are unlucky, rooms at the ground floor can be too small. The presence of the jacuzzi is not worth it as the water was not warm and not pleasant most of the times.
