Good location. Within easy reach of small cafes offering breakfast. Also convenient for the train station and the river Thames.

The staff and the location are unbeatable
Stairs up to the rooms are quite tight and there are a lot of them so not for those with bad knees or backs. Also road noise will be an issue if you’re not an early riser

Very nice and good sized room. Very helpful staff. A lot of noise outside but this is down to the area.

We were attending Wimbledon and the location and rail connection was good for us.
It was extremely hot weather and there is no air conditioning, not expected, but there was only a very small fan. Having to leave the windows open made it very noisy.
