Great place to stay!

Overall, the hotel is nice, but in my opinion, it doesn’t quite live up to a 5-star standard, especially considering the price. What I liked: * The swimming pool area is beautiful and well-maintained. * The spa is very nice and offers a relaxing experience. * Dinner was genuinely good, with tasty food and a nice selection.

What could be improved: * There are too many restrictions regarding room categories, especially for families with children. For example, children are not allowed in certain room types, including the King Room, which limits the options for families. * There was an unpleasant smell coming from the walk-in bathroom in the King Room, which was disappointing and certainly not something I would expect from a 5-star hotel. * Only one small bottle of water is provided free of charge. Any additional water has to be purchased at the restaurant for €5.80 per bottle, which feels unreasonable for a 5-star hotel. * Breakfast could be better. The juice is not freshly squeezed, and there is no smoked salmon, which I would normally expect at a hotel of this category. * The beach directly in front of the hotel is rather stony and not particularly comfortable for swimming. The nearby public Nissi Beach is a much better option.

The hotel was spacious and easy to walk around, and having a shop on site was convenient. The food was of a good standard with plenty of choice, and the beds were comfortable, especially the bunk beds, which the kids really enjoyed.

Sadly, some guests made the holiday difficult at times, and there didn’t seem to be enough staff or security available to manage issues. The evening entertainment was limited and not to everyone’s taste, and while the kids’ entertainers did a good job, there wasn’t much for the kids to do. Considering the cost and that it was only half board, we didn’t feel it offered great value for money.
