Breakfast was freshly cooked with fresh OJ free range eggs fresh fruit Bery very tasty

Therese had a true irish welcome for all 3 of us making stay enjoyable and comfortable for each of us. She happily recommended places to visit including places to eat. We tested all and she was spot on! Room was comfy, v clean, fresh linen daily. Variety of hot breakfast options, recommend the pancakes. Happy stay for this Kildare family

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning Waterford gem. Teresa is an absolute delight and the epitome of warm Irish hospitality- she made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived and ensured our entire stay was luxurious, comfortable, and deeply personal. It genuinely felt like a warm hug from Ireland, making me so proud to be Irish. The house itself is exceptional. It has clearly been a treasured home, meticulously maintained and styled with impeccable taste. From the beautiful wallpaper and elegant choice of furniture to the lovely paintings, every corner reflects an incredible attention to detail. The grounds and gardens outside are equally gorgeous and beautifully kept. Inside, our rooms was stunning , the beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the whole property balances elegance with pure comfort. Breakfast was a massive highlight, with fresh baked goods, and possibly the best homemade scones I have ever eaten. We also enjoyed a delicious full Irish breakfast made to order, along with fresh crepes. A fantastic choice of fresh fruit and high-quality spread were also available. Offering luxury quality at an incredibly good value for money, this place is a rare find full of character! My parents and I had the most wonderful time, and we will undoubtedly be back again!
