Petronilla - Hotel In Bergamo

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a warm and friendly greeting. The front desk team took the time to explain all the facilities clearly. Every morning began with a cheerful "good morning." The breakfast options were substantial, and there was always fresh fruit on hand. My room was very spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable for my four-night stay. The entire staff made me feel special throughout my entire visit. A special thank you to Francesco, Francesca, Rebecca, and the wonderful breakfast team! Grazie Bruno!

Location, attentiveness of the staff, size of the room and great breakfast.

Nothing of this sort.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and a lovely stay.

Nothing – everything was great.

Beautiful character

Very outdated , modern rooms that didn’t reflect hotel style or character
