Fourtounis Hotel

A very peaceful, family-run hotel, right next to Kefalos beach (which you can see from the windows), surrounded by plants and flowers, just a short walk from little restaurants and a mini-market. Excellent breakfast featuring local produce, and extremely friendly staff who make you feel right at home. Clean and spacious rooms, a new bathroom, a minibar in the room and a kettle available 24 hours a day in the communal area. Air conditioning, a safe and a hairdryer in the rooms. Private car park. By car (though there’s a bus stop 50 metres away), you can reach the island’s most beautiful beaches in just a few minutes. Excellent value for money. Thank you to the Fortounis family, thank you "I" and "K". I’d give it 10 out of 10 with honours – I’ll definitely be back.

Sehr nettes kleines familiengeführtes hotel. Gutes Frühstück, die familie bereitet alles auf wunsch frisch zu. Man kann drinnen oder auf der schönen terrasse frühstücken. Ganz in strandnähe gelegen. Ausreichend großes Zimmer mit balkon. Alle meine Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt, der Besitzer gab zu allem, was ich wissen wollte, auskunft, und ich durfte sogar am abreisetag noch das zimmer bis zum abend nutzen. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Breakfast was great. Location was brilliant very near beach, restaurants and shops. Family run friendly place to stay and catered for me being gluten free. We also enjoyed late check out (for an extra cost).

Once we figured out the hot water was available in the afternoon/early evening we were good.

Abbiamo soggiornato 6 giorni in questa struttura circondata dalla natura e dalla pace assoluta. A 2 passi dal mare e 2 passi dal centro di Kefalos. Proprietari gentilissimi sempre a nostra disposizione sia per la colazione e sempre pronti a consigliarci le migliori taverne e spiagge da visitare. Colazione discreta con frutta fresca, pane, ciambelle e su richiesta preparavano anche toast, uova strapazzate e crêpes alla Nutella. Servizio di pulizia in camera tutti i giorni tranne la domenica. Nulla da dire, siamo rimasti contenti!
