The staff and perfect location.
The absolutely tiny shower (half my body was out).

I was shocked that the other Americans staying next door to me were robbed and had their computers and other valuables stolen from their room while they were out. Hotel staff didn’t seem to care. Very troubling having to carry all my belongings with me all day!!
