The staff was very helpful, and the room was incredibly clean and comfortable. I loved the street views, and it was easy to check in and get settled. My bed was not quite as comfortable as I would have liked, but if you prefer a firm mattress it might be perfect for you. I would stay here again when visiting Paris.
My bed was two twin mattresses made into a double, and you could feel the seam. There was an occasional sewer smell in the bathroom, but it was easily cleared with an open window.

The old man at the front desk in the morning was rather unfriendly. When I asked him questions he seemed irritated. I felt very unwelcome. This is sad considering he is the first point of contact for this hotel. I saw other guests complained about the same person.
Aside from that. The location is perfect, my room was nice, and the AC worked fine.

- Perfect location for both the metro (3 minute walk) and Gare Monparnesse train station (12 minute walk). I had a 7am train and the hotel worked perfectly!
- Polite, professional and friendly staff who I felt were very efficient
- As a solo female traveller I felt very safe
- I only stayed for one night but got a huge and very comfortable room
- provided ample toiletries and towels
- This is a budget hotel which shows in some features but I have no complaints. I was more than comfortable for my one night stay

Nice design, and location, bedding and room facilities were nice
There were ants in both of my 2 booked rooms, this is first time in see this in a hotel!!!! Informed staff came to clean it but then came back and in the morning i saw ants on our bags and clothes!!! Not happy about that at all!!! I would have left the hotel but we arrived late and were tired!
