ELSA, Hôtel Paris by Collection Vesper

Loved the small balconies and the view to the Arc de Triomphe. Very nice quiet and safe area to stay. Loved the breakfast and all day long water, coffee etc.

Room was small, but that's what you expect from Paris. So that's ok.

Very good location. The rroom was small but nice.

A little noisy from the doors of other guests.

perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, room was clean and had a nice view of the street

The location was great, the staff was amazing

The cleanliness was bad (on details you could see that they weee not careful: I had some French fries behind the bed, I signed this and up to when we left, 2 days after, they were not cleaned), hairs on sheets and sink, the pillows smell so bad I couldn’t sleep. We signalled those but nothing was changed. On the other hand, Soundproofing in the building and the room was very poor, especially around the windows and doors. You could hear everything. I slept poorly because of it.
