Staff were really kind, however when it came to report lack of hot water they did not even answered or apologized
Air conditioning was not working, they said a technician was going to fix it, but he didn’t
Also there was not hot water to shower, I reported it and they did not even answered
I think there should be someone to assist, there was nobody in reception

This is a nice place to spend a day between ferry and flight, handy for the port snd airport . The room is comfortable and spacious enough for 3 adults. There is a nice bar / restaurant and pool, with a beautiful view across the bay.
The room was expensive. Had I booked nearer the time, I would have paid far less. I asked politely if we could check out later than 11am- we needed to leave at 1pm. I was told that was not possible as the hotel was busy. We rushed to pack and vacate the room, then sat feet away on the terrace until our taxi arrived. The room was untouched during this time. I think the reception could have been slightly more accommodating in view of this.

The personal were extreemly friendly and helpful. breakfast was good and punctual, including many different options. the pool was lovely and it just seemed that there was always a staff member or 2 cleaning some part of the hotel. very clean!!
our room was quite dark and smelt a bit like a cellar because it is built into the side of the hill. my bed wasn't super comfy because it was the extra bed not the main one. but overall the room was excellent because it had two bathrooms and jacuzzi which was what we wanted. you need to walk through the main bedroom to get up to the balcony jacuzzi and there are lots of narrow stairs if you have mobility issues would make this room very hard.
