Dormy Inn Matsumoto

Onsen within the hotel, and free ramen for supper. The location is within 10 mins walk from station so very convenient. Price is a little high when I booked. Hotel bed is not enough for 2 adults and 1 child. Will get twin beds next time.

The location is great, it not far from the train station. They have complementary ramen that I didn’t get to try but was very nice of them .

The AC is a big weak made it hard to sleep in the summer heat, and the pillows were hard as a rock.

Great room size, very spacious, good facilities, amazing onsen, parking right next to the hotel with many parking spots.

Great location, an easy walk from Matsumoto Station and close to the castle, Nakamachi Street and the art museum. The rooms were clean and comfortable

The tattoo policy did not match what was listed when we booked. The listing said small tattoos could be covered with a waterproof sticker, but on arrival we were told tattoos are not allowed in the baths even if covered, which we found offensive. No issues at covering up but they made a point that this is also not allowed. We chose this hotel mainly for the onsen and would not have booked had we known. The beds and pillows were also not comfortable.
