Comfortable and friendly…excellent location

The shower facility not so good. An expensive hotel should have better than simply a shower over the Bath.

The staff was excellent and location was fabulous 👌 Breakfast they served was very good and served with enthusiasm.

Fabulous location in the heart of the old town in Luang Prabang. The wonderful front staff were all excellent however one gentleman on reception helped us with another reservation which was beyond our expectations. He was very supportive and we appreciated his time calling the hotel and the effort to clarify the issue. I regretfully do not know remember his name. Thank you sir. The breakfast waiter, Mandal was also very helpful.

We were in a downstairs room twice and because the building is old with teak floors you can hear absolutely every movement upstairs - we were unlucky to have people who got up in the night and slept really badly for 2 nights - the staff will tell you it is a Heritage Hotel but still you need to be able to sleep well Also for the money the hotel rooms are very tired with old bathroom fittings (tiny shower head fixed to taps over the bath) - this is our 3rd time in Luang Prabang and this is the worse value for money
