Really lovely hotel with beautiful gardens.
The hotel’s restaurant Cafe Lotus is excellent with a wide selection of delicious meals. The staff were fantastic. I thought being out of town a little way might be a problem, but Gojek (Indonesian Uber) was great - cheap and easy.
Because you are in a local village, which is really charming, there are nearby mosques with early morning calls to prayer that were quite loud. We got used to them and understand that they are a part of travelling in a Muslim country.

The service was excellent. The food is very good.
All the chairs in the appartment, in the restaurant and lobby are very uncomfortabel. Chairs and benches are very old and do not have any ergonomic shape. The seating is very thin.
