We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in total in 2 different rooms on 2 occasions. The pick up from the airport and port made life easy and at the hotel we were met by the amazing staff, who were always smiling and very happy to assist or just have a chat. Our questions regarding Santorini were all answered with recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble. Both rooms were clean and the views spectacular over the caldera. We ate at the hotel, both breakfast and dinner were delicious with great service. Dinner was taken outdoors to watch the sunset from an ideal position on the balcony. We had a pool which my wife enjoyed for a short swim, nice and warm. The first room was slightly dated and could do with some more modern features in our opinion, but this did not detract from our enjoyment of the hotel. We would definitely return.
