Location is walking distance from SMS, a lot restaurants to eat from
Standard hotel facilities. Bathroom drainage is smelled bad and made my stay uncomfortable. This is my second experiences with Atria residence and Atria hotel. Both had the same smelly. Spa massage is very standard too.

The bed was 2 beds combined and they kept separated in the middle.

Need maintenance, Staff need to double check before guest check in, in Bathroom there is NO hook at all for hanging a towel. If you come late night at hotel, your wish is your room is ready, but there were ONLY 2 Bath towels, the rest you have to ask as request! NO hand towels, soap, toilette tissue was enough for 2times.
