Aethos Hotel Saragano

The pool was the most amazing thing. We loved it so much. Such a beautiful location - in the middle of nature. The room was beautiful. We got an amazing big balcony. The restaurant was delicious - the best meal we've had during our Italian stay

Only thing that I did not like was that you needed to pay extra for the spa. Given the price of the room, the spa should be included. Even more when you actually pay for a massage - which I did and I was not allowed access unless I paid extra. I think that was a bit of faux pas from the hotel. Should be included at least to those that get a massage.

Pobyt był naprawdę bardzo udany! Pyszne jedzenie, przepiękne widoki oraz ładny i czysty pokój. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje kelner Maks – niesamowicie pomocna, profesjonalna i przemiła osoba, która sprawiła, że czuliśmy się wspaniale zaopiekowani.

Niestety basen był brudny, a wokół niego pojawiało się bardzo dużo uciążliwych owadów, co przeszkadzało w relaksie na świeżym powietrzu.

The food was amazing. Some of the staff amazing, but some were not really freindly or welcoming.

Staff need better training. They’re friendly but not trained well and this ends up creating unnecessary inconveniences for the guest experience. Dinner / breakfast was a bit disorganised - and the cherry on the top was being double charged for our room (the booking was paid for on booking.com, and the hotel charged my card (a higher rate) upon check out. When I messaged them to say this, at first the my denied it and after several messages and contacting both booking.com and the hotel, the hotel admitted their mistake. It’s been over six weeks, and I’m still waiting for the full refund! Didn’t leave me with a good impression at all.
