This was a last minute booking since we lost our train and the price that you pay for the place that you get is really good. The place was impeccably clean, comfortable, the staff was super friendly and helpful. This will be our new go to when we go back to Madrid.
No complaints.

Great location and young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful.
My room was VERY small with a tiny shower .. and basically my room was just off the reception area so you had the constant noise of the front door buzzer and during the night a phone in reception rang several times in the middle of the night going unanswered. Then you had people ringing the main door bell at 3am trying to get into the building.
