The villa is located in the most amazing location. Right by lovely Lake Orta and a delightful 7 min walk along the lake to the gorgeous Orta San Guilio. With direct access to the lake for swimming it is the perfect base for relaxing and exploring the area
This is not high end designed accommodation. It is a bit tired in decor and no AC. We kept the windows open in the evening and despite a heat wave we were fine. The host explained to us that due to restrictions on property development in the area they haven’t been able to install AC. Fans are available in the bedrooms.

Really nice, fantastic location, brilliant private access to the lake. Recently renovated. We loved it.
Beach access was not for free. This was not advertised on booking, and only came as a surprise afterwards. I managed to come to an arrangement with the management, but I think this would need more clarity and openness in the description.
