The hotel enjoys a great location in Brekstad, and the breakfast was truly excellent with a good variety of choices.
For a Deluxe Double Room in a four-star hotel and at a high price point, expectations were certainly much higher. Instead of a wardrobe, there was just an open hanging rail with only three hangers. Furthermore, the desk was completely unusable as a workspace because the minibar/fridge underneath leaves no room for your legs. Additionally, both the room and the bathroom were quite cold, especially the first night, with no way to adjust the temperature.
