I've stayed here several times before; rooms, bedding and ensuite always clean and comfortable, and breakfast offer is superb. Parking often available on site but always ample space on the town square five minutes' walk away. Good restaurant at the hotel.
On this occasion I found (and disposed of) 14 flying beetles in the room (on the curtains, under the phone and around the windowsill). The window had been left open prior to my arrival to air the room and the insects come in (this was mid-September) for the warmth. I e-mailed the management factually and politely in Czech about the problem, and mentioned it to the lady on reception when I checked out. No response at all. For my later return journey along the same route, I stayed somewhere else.

Gemütliche und ruhige Gegend. Erholsam und Bewegungsfreundliche Umgebung. Das Hotel hat das gewisse Etwas und bietet ein tolles Restaurant wo es eine super Küche mit einer ausgewogenen Karte anbietet. Das Bier schmeckt auch.

Nice views and very warm welcoming. The restaurant serves traditional food and has very attentive waiters. Beds were comfy and the room was clean.
Unfortunately the breakfast was very disappointing. A large group of tourists arrived before us and lots of the things were empty and (much to our regret) not refilled. We went there at 8, so everybody who came afterwards wouldn’t get eggs, croissants, milk or fresh fruit. :/ we waited until 9:30 and then left. The bathroom smelled a little bad but had ventilation.
