Location is both the positive and negative. The positive is it is located very close to the train station. basically walking distance if especially if you exit from the south door. The listing does not try to be pretentious; it is fully as advertised. clean simple room with double large bed in a convenient location. It's not luxurious, it's not at the center of the tourist attraction. You will get what your money worth.
While the location is close to the train station, that does also mean it is a bit of a slum. We feel a bit uncomfortable in the evening above 9-10pm as it is very quiet and there are few homeless persons. There's no criminal activity or any violence though, all in all it's pretty alright. The second bed (the sofa bed) is noticeable less comfortable, but again, the listing is not trying to be pretentious about it.

Lovely staff, cute room with all the basics and good food nearby. 18 min walk to the coliseum and 10 mins to Termini station, super handy.
Risk of pick pocketing but otherwise fine area near train station.

The property was very easy to find, super close to a metro station. The check in process was really easy and the host was very accomodating. The room was clean and nicely equipped with amenities for a short stay. The internet speed was very good, ideal if you need to work while you're in the city. Highly recommended.
Overall, we had a good experience here.
