Petra Moon Hotel

Wow! Beautiful spot with the most welcoming and lovely staff. Fantastic breakfast and the food and beverage team were so great! Great location close to the visitors centre. I would absolutely stay here again. Outstanding.

Nothing - everything was top notch.

Nice comfortable hotel directly next to the entry to Petra. The staff is exceptionally nice and even helped us with a flat tire and every other problem we encountered while staying there.

They gave us flyers about a spa that turned out to be closed because it was provided by a different hotel that was temporarily closed due to a lack of tourists. Not much of a problem, though.

The breakfasts as well as the dinners were amazing. Good selection of food and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Dinner on the fifth floor restaurant was especially cool when they opened the retractable roof and you were virtually eating under the stars. The room was comfy and clean and if something was needed, the staff made sure it was there quickly. I loved the large window in the room where I was able to sit and watch the sunset over the mountains. Very cool. Petra Moon deserves ten stars. Thank you for a memorable experience and we'll definitely be staying there again on our next trip to Jordan.

Location, friendly staff except Abdullah in front office. Haroun in front office was awesome. Restaurant manager and Saleh, the chef were great.

On the last day we ran into Abdullah at front office. He was caustic, rude, and downright uncouth. All the good work done by other staff members were watered down by Abdullah’s behaviour. Wonder how he got selected to be in a client facing role!!!
