High Life Bungalow

Returned to this property after 9 years and would come back again. Great staff, great facility, fantastic food in their refurbished and modernized restaurant.

It is not suitable for people with lower mobility, acces to the Haad Yao beach can be a little adventurous (stairs, rocks, high tide). But for us no issue, just fun :-)

The restaurant is realy good, the pool is beautiful overwatching haad yao beach. The staff is nice and helpfull

Tons of steps, realy uncomfortable moving around the hotel. With kids it was a nightmare. The bed was rock solid, rock!!! Was really uncomfortable. In order to get to the beach you have to go down from the cliff (stairs...) but then you have to walk in the water for like 2 mins! Climb rocks to get to the actual sandy part. With the bags and the kids it was enoying. Also rooms are outdated doors barely opened/closed and balcony light didn't work.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, right on the beach! Beautiful resort with a local charm where the rooms are in the jungle area. The pool was beautiful! Food at the restaurant was 10/10 and I could not fault the staff.

Shower and water pressure was not great. The waters provided each day were smaller than other properties we have stayed at.

The receptionist Carloo was exquisite. Best employee of the month. Will do everything to look after your needs

Overpriced. Restaurant is staffed by men only and they spend a lot of time speaking to each other. They are nice. Lack of women staff. Lack of leadership
