Eleana Hotel

The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area, just a 5–7-minute walk from the beach. The central streets are also only a 5-minute walk away, which is very convenient. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Most importantly, the room was clean and had good air conditioning. On our first day, we were welcomed with champagne and fruit, which was a very nice touch. The pool was clean, and the sun loungers were decent.

The breakfast was okay, although it would have been nice to have some fruit and vegetables as well. There wasn't a particularly wide selection. One thing I didn't like was the bedding. The duvet wasn't inside a proper duvet cover but was placed between two separate sheets, which was very uncomfortable.

Great

Beds. Mattress was at an angle sloping down to headboard. Had to sleep at foot end to headboard for firmer surface.

Super nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, convenient, modern friendly staff.

Nothing.

Location, spacious room and clean.

The pool outside my room was dirty, the phone in the room wasn’t working so couldn’t contact anyone from the hotel. No room service. Pool staff a bit rude made me uncomfortable .
