The room itself was good, well-equipped with large TV, quiet and comfortable.
Check-in and check-out processes were easy.
There are supermarket nearby and center of the city in ±10 minutes.
Parking! There are a lot of places reserved for the hotel, but a lot of technical cars was there. I found the place but is wasn't so good.

The hotel is a former industrial warehouse but it has been transformed into a hotel now. Rooms are standard and everything was fine. As the hotel rates in San Sebastian are crazy I`m glad we found this property.
The window blinds are automatic, there is a switch next to the window on the wall.
The hotel offers a free parking space and if there is no parking spot, the hotel sends the GPS location of another free parking in the vicinity.
Breakfast is at extra charge but we decided to opt out because it was a toast with a jam only and coffee/tea.
The only reason I gave the property 4 stars out of 5 is because of the neighborhood - it is an industrial area and in the evening the streets are empty. I read in the previous reviews that the location is safe but I was feeling a little uncomfortable. It was absolutely trouble free stay though and I can`t complain of anything.

The building is a converted industrial building. On the outside, you question your choice, but once inside, it was surprisingly well renovated, clean and modern.

Accessible price at a popular time in san sebastian
Cheap and uncomfortable, small kitchen, no table, cheap utensils, bad parking options (it was always full and we had to park 500metres away)
