Good location and very quiet. Lovely balconies. Very good instructions to find. Reception very helpful and friendly. Great for exploring Porto.

Address took us near and instructions got us there but could be better /closer

The location was very central to many of Porto's attractions, being in the Sao Bento neighbourhood. At the time of our stay the street outside the property was under construction, but we received notice in advance and it didn't prove to be a problem. Although our apartment was closest to the street, we didn't hear the street construction at all. The apartment itself was clean and secure; the "industrial" feel of the hallways and office took away from the experience but overall the stay was good value for the money. Meeting our host was a very positive experience, and he was extremely hospitable, especially in offering departure day options for storing our luggage.

Great staff and location. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing … but we were pre warned about the roadworks so we were fine.

Amazing people and place, their recommendations made our stay feel local and special
