La ubicación es privilegiada el barrio es hermoso. El hotel está súper lindo y el personal es muy amable y atento. Se preocupan por atenderte bien. Te ofrecen un pequeño desayuno que yo no sabía que estaba incluido. La verdad si volvería a hospedarme con ellos pero revisaría en cuanto entre a la habitación la cama para verificar que si está limpia realmente.
Llegué algo tarde a dormir y cuando me iba a recostar me di cuanta que la cama no estaba limpia. Como que no había Mb hecho el aseo de la habitación ya que la cama estaba sucia.

La tranquilidad, es un lugar cómodo y accesible hecho para descansar completamente, el trato del personal, súper amables y atentos y la zona muy segura y accesible para desplazarse aún caminando, a diferentes puntos importantes de la ciudad
Sólo que ya no encontré habitación con baño privado, pero aun así valió completamente la pena haber elegido el hotel casa Arnel

Beakfast was great lovely fresh fruit and good coffee. Eggs and other things were on offer but we did not try them.
We love the Casa Arnel. Beautiful interior plant and parrot filled court and a fabulous terrace on second floor from where you can watch the best of the Jalatlaco neighborhood, from wedding calendas to religious holidays to bands and every day people selling their wares and tourists taking it all in.
